48-Hour Film Project, Minneapolis – Best Film! (10-30-2015)
(KARE 11) 1+1 Productions 48-Hour Film Horror entry, “CHAINED” was crowned BEST FILM for Minneapolis this year! Not only that, but we brought home “Best Cinematography” (Todd Randall) and “Best Director” (Yours Truly) awards as well!
It was an honor to work with such an esteemed cast and crew… and I’m proud to have been part of 1+1 Productions!!!
1+1 Productions was a team building exercise for the KARE 11 Marketing department. I use the 48-Hour Film competition as a way to show staff what can be done in 48 hours, let them stretch their creative abilities outside of news and to meet and work with outside agencies, locations and talent that we can utilize in the future for station projects.
